For the Lithium Battery Top Cover Weld Seam Defect Inspection, the SR8060H 3D Laser Profiler provides accurate detection of blowholes and pits at speeds up to 67,000 fps. This ensures reliable weld seams and avoids production rework. The same technology extends to robot-assisted assembly, where high-precision feedback improves both efficiency and product reliability.

3. Glass Bottle Wall Thickness Inspection

The SCI10015 spectral confocal displacement sensor delivers fast, precise, and non-destructive glass bottle wall thickness inspection. It is ideal for high-speed production environments. This sensor meets stringent German manufacturing standards with exceptional stability and accuracy, even in challenging industrial conditions.

4. Steel Rod Diameter Measurement

The SE1 and SE2 through-beam edge sensors provide reliable edge detection and diameter measurement across transparent, reflective, and metallic surfaces. These sensors are engineered for high repeatability and speed, making them suitable for automated manufacturing and quality control tasks.

5. Sensor Matrix: Six displacement sensor series tailored for flexible distance measurement applications.

6. Color Recognition

SS1 Color Sensor offers color recognition with RGB three-channel technology enables precise detection of subtle color differences. It ensures reliable differentiation of multi-color transparent bricks for accurate inspection.
