Application Demos at ITE Japan 2025
At ITE Japan 2025, SinceVision will showcase five live demonstrations of its industrial sensors and high-speed cameras, offering visitors a glimpse of the future of manufacturing.
1. PCB Solder Joint Inspection
The SR7060D 3D laser profiler will demonstrate PCB solder joint inspection, showing how post-welding quality can be verified in real-time to prevent faulty connections. Visitors can see how the system captures height differences with high precision, ensuring every joint meets production standards.
2. Automotive Gear Inspection
For the automotive industry, the SR9060 3D laser profiler will showcase gear inspection. The demo highlights how gears, holes, and surface edges are accurately scanned to guarantee quality before assembly.
3. Wafer Edge Tracing and Alignment & Wafer Thickness Inspection
In the semiconductor field, the SE1 through-beam edge sensor and SCI01045 confocal displacement sensor will show wafer edge alignment and thickness inspection. Attendees can see how our systems measure delicate wafers, ensuring precision and reducing defects in microelectronics production.
4. BGA Solder Ball Height Detector
The SR8010 will highlight BGA solder ball inspection, controlling the height and flatness of solder balls for high-density electronic assemblies.
5. Welding + Step Gap Inspection
Finally, the SRI8062 will demonstrate welding and step gap inspection, detecting dents and weld defects to ensure 100% defect interception. Visitors will see top-cover welds inspected with micron-level accuracy.
These demos cover a range of industries including automotive, semiconductor, lithium battery, and precision manufacturing, illustrating the versatility and speed of SinceVision’s imaging solutions.
Laser Displacement Sensors on Display
SinceVision will also present six major displacement sensor series for precise distance measurement: SCI04025, SGI080, SG5080, SD33, SD22, SD-C030.
These sensors offer high precision, repeatability, and speed, making them suitable for automotive, semiconductor, and precision manufacturing applications.
