San Francisco, USA — January 2026 — SinceVision successfully concluded its participation at SPIE VISION TECH 2026, held from January 20–22 at the Moscone Center, San Francisco, as part of SPIE Photonics West, one of the most influential photonics and machine vision events in North America.
Throughout the three-day exhibition, SinceVision welcomed engineers, system integrators, manufacturers, and research professionals from across the United States and Canada. At Booth 6709, the team demonstrated how high-precision sensing and imaging technologies can directly address inspection, measurement, and quality-control challenges in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor assembly, biomedical research, and advanced industrial automation.
Strong Engagement from the North American Market
SPIE VISION TECH 2026 provided a valuable opportunity for SinceVision to engage face-to-face with North American customers, partners, and new prospects. Many visitors shared real-world production and inspection challenges, including micron-level measurement accuracy, stability on reflective or transparent materials, and the need for faster, more reliable in-line inspection.
“We see these problems often in North American manufacturing environments,” said the SinceVision team during on-site discussions. “SPIE VISION TECH allows us to have direct, technical conversations and show live how our solutions perform under real application conditions.”
Live Demonstrations Focused on Real Applications
At the booth, SinceVision delivered live demonstrations designed around common industrial pain points:
High-Accuracy Pin Height Detection with the SR9040 3D Laser Profiler
Visitors observed real-time pin height inspection using the SR9040 3D laser profiler, a solution designed for PCB manufacturing, semiconductor packaging, and precision electronics assembly. The system demonstrated micron-level accuracy, fast scanning speed, and stable performance, helping manufacturers reduce defects while maintaining high throughput.
Mobile Phone Glass Thickness Measurement with the SCI04025 Spectral Confocal Sensor
The SCI04025 spectral confocal displacement sensor was showcased in a live glass thickness measurement setup. Using non-contact spectral confocal technology, the sensor delivered consistent, high-accuracy results on transparent, reflective, and curved surfaces—a capability highly relevant to consumer electronics, pharmaceutical packaging, and advanced materials inspection.
These demonstrations allowed visitors to see how SinceVision sensors can be integrated into automated inspection systems to improve yield and process control.
New Product Preview: Back-Illuminated sCMOS Camera
During the exhibition, SinceVision also previewed the newest addition to its Solis Series sCMOS cameras, featuring a back-illuminated sCMOS sensor. This next-generation design significantly improves low-light sensitivity, quantum efficiency, and signal-to-noise ratio, making it well suited for biomedical imaging, scientific research, and precision industrial inspection.
The preview generated strong interest from research institutions and OEMs seeking higher image quality without sacrificing speed or reliability.
Supporting Advanced Manufacturing in the United States
“SPIE VISION TECH is an important moment for us because demand for high-precision sensing in the United States continues to grow,” said Jack Li, Global Sales & Marketing Director at SinceVision. “Our 3D laser profiling, spectral confocal sensing, and high-performance imaging technologies play a critical role in PCB manufacturing, semiconductor assembly, and advanced electronics production. We remain committed to supporting U.S. engineers and manufacturers with accurate, reliable, and efficient solutions.”
